Practice Consultant, American Animal Hospital Association
The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) is seeking a practice consultant in California. A primary role of an AAHA practice consultant is to serve as an ambassador of the Association. Candidates must have a comprehensive background in the veterinary industry and be self-motivated veterinary professionals with a minimum of eight years experience. Qualified applicants must be credentialed veterinary technicians or Certified Veterinary Practice Managers. This position requires excellent communication skills, computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new surroundings and multi-task. This is a home-based position requiring extensive overnight travel throughout the state. AAHA's practice consultants are responsible for performing on-site evaluations for accreditation, and providing consultative services and educational opportunities in various formats.
