Purdue University is located in West Lafayette, Indiana (65 miles northwest of Indianapolis, 120 miles southeast of Chicago). Participants' most convenient travel option is generally through Indianapolis International Airport. Plan on a little over an hour drive time from the Indianapolis International Airport to Purdue. Ground transportation details, including car rental and shuttle service, can be found at www.indianapolisairport.com.

Fees do not include lodging and transportation. However, please note that we always reserve convenient, comfortable and affordable lodging for VMI participants at the Purdue Memorial Union Club Hotel, a full-service, business-class hotel located one block away from the Krannert Center. Most participants experience little or no added expense during the program. Program costs are generally considered business expenses for tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor. Visit www.union.purdue.edu for more information. AAHA will make your reservations for you if the appropriate section on the registration form is completed.

Time Zone
Purdue University follows Eastern daylight saving time and is always one hour ahead of Chicago or the same time as New York.
