Meet the Faculty
Thomas Catanzaro, DVM, MHA, FACHE, is a speaker and author
on veterinary leadership subjects. He is President of Catanzaro &
Associates, Inc., a group of veterinary practice consultants.
Karen Felsted, CPA, MS, CVPM, DVM, has experience as
a practitioner in small animal and emergency medicine. She now has her
own accounting firm that specializes in financial services for veterinarians
and is a practice management consultant with Brakke Consulting, Inc.
Kathy Fritz has experience in veterinary practice management,
business development, sales and inventory training. She is currently a
manager for AAHA MARKETLink, a veterinary product distribution company.
Michael Maudlin, MA, is a facilitator, consultant and
trainer in organizational change, leadership, management development,
personality types, team building and conflict resolution.
Shawn McVey, MS, MSW, has experience as a hospital administrator
for a rapid-growth veterinary referral center, a director of a 29-location
ophthalmology practice, AAHA Board member, keynote speaker and veterinary
management consultant.
William E. Walters, JD, is a director and shareholder
of a Denver law firm and specializes in representing various organizations
including trade associations and businesses.
