The AAHA-recommended Workers' Compensation Policy offers:

The AAHA-recommended Employment Practices Liability (EPL) offers:

- A "duty to defend clause" and a toll-free helpline for employment issues
- An optional punitive damage sublimit—most EPL policies exclude punitive damages
